# Executions

> Where your workflows and their runs live after deploy.

This page covers two surfaces: the workflow list, where all your deployed workflows live, and the per-workflow detail page, where you inspect individual runs.

## Workflow list

The **Workflow** section in the sidebar lists every deployed workflow in the current workspace, sorted most-recent first. (New chats start from the separate **New chat** entry — the workflow list is history only.) Each row carries a status badge:

| Badge | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `draft` | Built in chat, not yet deployed |
| `ready` | Validated and ready to deploy |
| `running` | A run is currently in progress |
| `completed` | Most recent run finished successfully |
| `failed` | Most recent run ended in error |

## Workflow detail page

Click any workflow to open its detail page. You'll see:

* **Run history** — the last 20 runs, newest first. Each row shows the run status, start time, and duration.
* **Step-level logs** — expand a run to see each step's duration and any error message. Failures point to the specific step, not the workflow as a whole.
* **Final output** — the run's `result_markdown` is rendered inline as the last step's output.
* **Rerun** — the **Rerun** button queues a new run with the same workflow config. Previous run history is preserved.
* **Dispatch failed banner** — if Trigger.dev couldn't accept the run, the UI shows a specific dispatch-failed banner rather than a generic error. This means CelerFlow couldn't hand the run off; it doesn't mean your workflow has a bug. Retrying is safe.

## Realtime while watching a run

While a run is in progress, run and step rows update in place as each step completes — no manual refresh needed. See [Runs & executions](https://docs.celerflow.ai/concepts/runs.md) for the data model behind the live updates.
