# Introduction

Tell CelerFlow what you need in plain English. The Planner reads your description, assembles a step-by-step workflow from a pool of cloud agents, and waits for your confirmation. Once you approve, CelerFlow runs every step automatically — no code, no config, no drag-and-drop.

## How it works

**1. Sign in and create a workspace**

Go to [celerflow.ai](https://celerflow.ai), sign in, and complete the onboarding flow to set up your team workspace.

**2. Connect an app**

Head to **Apps** and link your first tool. Gmail is the fastest place to start.

**3. Describe what you need**

Click **New chat** and type what you want to happen in plain English. Be specific about the outcome — CelerFlow handles the rest.

**4. Confirm and deploy**

Review the draft workflow the Planner generates on the canvas. Confirm it and watch each step run in real time.
