# Roadmap

> What's shipping next and what's being considered.

CelerFlow is in public beta. This page tracks where the product is going. Confidence levels are honest — "Shipping next" is funded and in flight; "Considering" is on the table but not committed.

## Recently shipped

* **Triggers** — schedule, webhook, and API triggers are live. See [Triggers](https://docs.celerflow.ai/concepts/triggers.md).
* **Apps surface** — a top-level page to connect Composio apps and first-party MCP integrations like Attio. See [Connections](https://docs.celerflow.ai/concepts/connections.md).
* **BioMed research pack** — PubMed-grounded research with Zotero export and browser-handoff PDF capture. See [BioMed research pack](https://docs.celerflow.ai/concepts/biomed.md).

## Shipping next

* **Public REST API** — programmatically trigger workflows, fetch runs, and list workflows. API keys already exist; the HTTP surface is stabilizing. See [API reference](https://docs.celerflow.ai/api-reference/introduction.md).
* **Full Settings UI** — team management, API keys, notifications, and appearance surfaces are being wired into the navigation.
* **Slack in-chat auto-resume** — Slack delivery works today; the build doesn't yet auto-resume on the Slack OAuth-completion signal the way Gmail and Notion do.
* **External-event triggers** — let a connected app emit an event that starts a workflow (config scaffolding exists; inbound dispatch is in progress).
* **Node-level pause / resume** — general human-in-the-loop checkpoints mid-run, beyond today's browser handoff.

## Considering

* **More providers** — additional Composio-backed integrations and first-party MCP servers.
* **MCP servers in the agent pool** — expose connected MCP servers as first-class workflow capabilities.
* **Workflow templates marketplace** — pre-built workflows you can clone instead of describing from scratch.
* **Self-hosted / Docker distribution** — run CelerFlow on your own infrastructure.
* **Team ownership transfer** — move the owner role to another member without recreating the team.

## Not on the roadmap

* **Tool-call-level tracing** — CelerFlow's telemetry is run-scoped and step-scoped, not per-tool-call. See [Runs & executions](https://docs.celerflow.ai/concepts/runs.md).
* **Agent governance product** — service-permission gating, approval/score/wallet, and an MCP proxy were earlier directions that have been retired.
* **OpenClaw plugin distribution** — CelerFlow is no longer a plugin for external agent runtimes.
