# Quickstart

> Build your first workflow in five minutes — no CLI required.

> **Prerequisites**: a CelerFlow account at [celerflow.ai](https://celerflow.ai) and a Gmail account you're willing to OAuth. Nothing to install locally.

## Build your first workflow

**1. Sign in and create a workspace**

Go to [celerflow.ai](https://celerflow.ai), sign in, and complete onboarding. Pick a use-case and give the workspace a name. Your default platform agents are seeded into the team agent pool automatically.

**2. Connect Gmail**

Open **Apps** from the sidebar and click **Connect Gmail**. A popup runs Google OAuth. The card flips to **Connected** once the connection is confirmed — usually within a few seconds.

**3. Start a new chat**

Click **New chat** in the sidebar. Describe the outcome in one or two sentences. For example:

> Every morning, search for the latest AI policy news, summarize the top stories, and email me the digest.

Be specific about what to do and where the result should land.

**4. Answer the Planner's follow-ups**

The Interview agent may ask a clarifying question, then produce a **Requirement Brief** that summarizes your goal. Confirm the brief and the Planner assembles a draft workflow. If a required app isn't connected, a connection card appears in chat — connect it in place. See [Approvals](https://docs.celerflow.ai/concepts/approvals.md) for what each pause means.

**5. Confirm and deploy**

Review the draft DAG on the canvas. When it looks right, the Planner asks **"Ready to deploy?"**. Confirm it and the workflow goes live. Redeploying later upgrades the same workflow in place — no duplicates.

**6. Watch it run**

Open the workflow from the sidebar to see run history, step-level logs, and the result. Updates stream in real time over Supabase Realtime. See [Executions](https://docs.celerflow.ai/dashboard/executions.md) for the full detail view.
