Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Select a plan and billing interval.
- Complete payment via Stripe Checkout.
- Your plan upgrades immediately.

Click Manage subscription in Settings → Billing to access Stripe’s Customer Portal:- Change plan (upgrade/downgrade)
- Update payment method
- Cancel subscription
- View invoices
Downgrade behavior
When you downgrade or cancel:- Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- Trace data beyond the new retention limit is cleaned up by the nightly cron.
- Agents beyond the new limit are not disconnected — you just can’t add new ones.
- Team features (RBAC, audit export) become read-only.
